ULM Baseball and the ESPN Contract

With the recent home games we have played, ULM has said there was no ESPN broadcast due to the ESPN contract prohibiting it. Yet, Southern Miss has their current OOC games on ESPN+, including their current series against Illinois. Can someone explain why ULM is unable to broadcast games but Southern Miss and others in the SBC are able to broadcast their games?
