I pay my $10.99 a month so I'll say what i damn well please

ULM is a program that needs to drop down to the southland to compete. I understand we would lose money but at least we'd be on par with our competition. No way you can tell me we are comparable to schools like Coastal, app state, south Alabama, troy, hell Marshall and southern miss coming in now. From a money, geographical, facility stand point we need to be in the southland. Schools like Mcneese have success because they know who they are. Even Stan Humphries told me the same thing a few years back. You guys need to realize it's just who we are.

Mike Collins

I thought you guys could use a good laugh this morning.

Collins has interviewed for the head job at West Monroe High. This is from an article written by Jimmy Watson.

"One of the best defensive minds in the South, Collins has coached at McNeese, LSU, Northwestern State and Sam Houston State in addition to several high school stops. He was 3-6 in his only full season as ULM’s head coach, and he has been at Neville since 2021.

“I always try to coach the right way,” Collins said."

I guess Collins thinks walking out on his team nine days before the season opener is the right way.
