This one shall be interesting. ULM is playing on a short week. Texas State had a bye last weekend.

ESPN's Gamecast has Texas State winning this game. I am not sure what to expect from Texas State, as their coaching staff is new. ULM is pretty damn good, but they seem to have issues with penalties.
