ULM returns Travis Munnings (SF, 6-6, Sr, 16.2 ppg) and Michael Ertel II (PG/SG, 6-2, So, 11.5 ppg) for the 2018-19 season. Then, individual scoring drops to 3.1 ppg and continuing downward. One addition to the 2018-19 roster, Javien Williams (SG, 6-4, Jr, 16.8 ppg) has been signed. Two others have committed, Jalen Hodge (PG, 6-1, Fr, 20.4 ppg) and Andre Washington (PF, 6-8, Jr, 12.1 ppg).
Questions
1. Is ULM planning to sign more than two additional recruits during the Spring 2018 period? My immediate answer and reason is "No because ULM does not have any additional scholarships available."
2. Given the answer to Question 1 and dire need for additional talent for retooling program, is ULM planning to open up scholarships through (i.e., graduations for non-seniors in eligibility)? There are three 2017-18 roster members who possibly and need to fall into this category.
3. Is ULM recruiting one or more recruits 6-9 or taller?
