MONROE, La. - ULM soccer coach Keyton Wheelock has announced her resignation, effective Nov. 1.

Wheelock led the Warhawks to a 3-13-2 record in 2019, her fourth season leading ULM soccer. The Warhawks finished 0-10 in the Sun Belt Conference. ULM managed just one goal over their last seven matches and went 0-10-1 over their final 11 matches.

Overall, Wheelock finished with a record of 14-52-7 over four seasons. In her first season in 2016, Wheelock led the Warhawks to an 8-9-3 record, reaching the first round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, while earning Sun Belt Coach of the Year honors.

ULM Athletics Director Scott McDonald said a national search for Wheelock's replacement will begin immediately.

Program has been in the pooper since the mascot change in 2006. Warhawks? Wtf does that even mean. We are going nowhere fast until we change the name back and hire the Duck Commander as coach and athletic director.
