An offensive coordinator and a passing/run game coordinator? Someone asked me this and I really didn't have a solid answer for it. I see some staffs that have all three positions, so what would that difference be? Is it just a title used to justify paying some assistant coaches more money? Or is it something like one coach specifically focusing on run scheme, another focusing only on passing scheme and the OC just there to observe and call plays?
