Every time there's a hire at ULM some Monroe people always bring up hiring a local High school coach. Why? I still can figure out the small mentality. No one can name a time it worked in D1 football. Sanchez coached at a Catholic Private school and has players coming from everywhere. It's easy to "coach" when you have the best players.
