Has anyone heard the latest on student fees? A long time friend from Monroe told me this morning the student fees are not going to happen. He said Berry has the authority to increase fees without a student vote, but Berry said he is not going to do it. He went on to say Berry told him face to face he WAS going to increase the fees, but has since said no.
