It looks like punter Chris Qualls is back and at workouts. It was previously reported that he was out after the fall, but looks to have everything squared away. One face that will be missing this spring, walk-on kicker Spencer Perkins has again left the program. Perkins came to ULM from the local high school West Ouachita, and after redshirting for his freshman season, he left for an internship in Washington DC, looking to further his political desires.
