Went to the Softball team trivia event last night. What a great time and fun. They had lots of fundraising events that’s was fun. The softball coach spoke and she showed her plans for the team and program. New computerized pitching machine, ticket booth and other things. Then she showed the big long range plans of field turf the outfield and a new covered seating area and dressing rooms with a video presentation of the stadium. She was very impressive. Talked about winning championships and going to NCAA tournament.
They raised a lot of money and everyone seemed to have a great time. I think there were over 250 attendees.
Funny isn’t it. Fun events, make people feel involved in the team and engaged. And have not only immediate upgrades plans but big plans for facilities. I hope some of the Athletic dept and administration administration took notes.
