discussion among the conference heads this off season is to shorten the games from the current 3:34 time. The trick though is to somehow squeeze more plays into the game.

My suggestion- reduce the number of TV/Media TOs. Sure that reduce the amount of AD slots and lowers the payout, but when you have one before and then after the KO of a game, it adds a lot of time.
