Rivals.com Rating Bumps

Are Rivals.com rating bumps in the works for 2018 any ULM commitments. The only bump I have noticed for Julian Ortega-Jones. Keyshawn Johnson's rating actually dropped from ***, 5.5 to **, 5.4. How did he do in 2017? In other words, why did he warrant the drop? Is there a good chance his *** rating will be restored?

I still cannot find STATS for some ULM commits.
