I know this might be over thinking on my part but I'd like to get all of your opinions on this...
We all know that when TB hired Rich Rod to come here,....let's face it...He was hired to run this team. Bowden has made it very clear that, although he is Head Coach and what he says goes, he made it very clear that he will only jump in if he feels something isn't going right and that his primary role is changing the culture, engaging the community, fundraising and getting our facilities on par with the rest of the Belt.. I believe we can all agree that a great leader is only as great as the people he/she is surrounded by.
That being said, and with the personnel and players we have, do you guys think Rich Rod can duplicate the success he has had in the past here at ULM? I really want to believe he can but I also have the feeling that this is the last ditch effort to turn this program around. In other words, I'll go out on a limb and say it's now or never...
