Ft Scott CC has terminated football effectively immediately. Basically there is a divide too big between the top and bottom of the league that just couldn’t be overcome. Additionally the Jayhawks league as a whole keeps flipping roster

in the past they were a 65 scholarship limit league, with a max of 20 players from outside of Kansas allowed on the roster. Those 20 scholarships had to be privately funded; the rest were state funded.
currently the Jayhawks allows 85 scholarships with no Kansas requirement, but non state residents are privately funded.
