Chandler Rogers has hit the portal. Looking for his 5th school in 6 years.
Portal and NIL are killing college football and teams. As for Rogers, why? You stand a chance of going to a bigger school and getting beat out because they all are bringing in major talent at QB. My guess, watching the posts from his dad, is that daddy is saying "you are better than these scrubs...you should be playing for one of the big teams."
I know some schools will try luring these kids back but I would be vindictive. You hit the portal then you lose access to the weight room, the team table and nutrition support. Gone are the tutors and any other academic support. Shut them out completely. I know it isn't going to happen but if schools did that maybe these kids would think twice.
