Thus, Harrison Heim is on an athletic scholarship at ULM and can practice with our football team; however, he will not complete against other 4-year schools until the 2017 season.
- 1 year residency at FBS institution prior to competition against other 4-year schools.
- eligible to receive financial aid (i.e., athletic scholarship) from FBS institution immediately upon initial enrollment there at.
- eligible to practice with FBS team immediately upon initial enrollment there at.
