Both former Rutgers players, Jacobs a safety (we still need some more DBs) and Scarff a TE/HB hybrid. Would love to get a chance at these guys, although Scarff may have to sit for a year, not sure. If not, he gives us some experience at a young position. Jacobs could play immediately though and apparently we need DBs.
