It appears Coach Richard will end with another losing season. He had won 9 games and 7 games the past two seasons. This season, he made sure to load up with a couple of early NAIA level schools in order to increase his win total for this season. His contract doesn’t end until after the end of the 2023 season. Should we go ahead and move on from him and rebuild the program? He did come in and save the program from utter destruction. However, he has appeared to have maxed out what he can do for us at this time. I believe this is his 13th or so season. Will it truly get better under his lead?
