the Warhawks are moving into the big time now, as they will soon have a director of recruiting operations. This is a position that many of the P5 schools have developed to off load the recruiting coordinator duties to. It's a full-time staff position that handles recruiting communication, along with setting up official/unofficial visits for potential student athletes.
