I have some connects at Baylor former player / coach and brother that was coach now at Tulsa.
Discussed the 2012/2013 game at a crawfish boil.
Said that was awesome game and they kinda we're excited for us that the game was so big. Cool that Willie did coin toss. Said our student section was one of the best talking smack.
Called our stadium a glorified high school stadium in all respect wasn't being a jerk about it but was comparing to TX HS stadium. Which I see his point.
Said during the game the LB coach or some defensive coach was talking to players and I guess the guy isn't the most football looking guy. Said some girl in student section yelled" y'all ain't going to win with a math teacher coaching y'all". Guess it's talked about a lot going to Monroe good and bad.
So now the guy is known as the math teacher.
