I don't know where or how they could do this money wise. I think if they did at Fant it could done easier? However we have the circle seating. To get the monster trucks, circus, etc.. events that would need to come it needs to be bigger service to make floor bigger like the Cajun dome is .
I think Monroe Downtown needs a entertainment district and I think u can do that without a convention center. Where Cotton is and SQ(river and rail) you build a whole strip up stuff etc... i
Jonesboro supposedly redid downtown district, Beaumont had crocket street, a lot of smaller cities are doing this . Monroe is behind the 8 ball.
