We currently have 25 commitments/signees for 3016. One juco (Houston) signed and entered ULM for the Spring Semester 2016, thus counting toward the 25 scholarship allotment for 2015. I do not Thus, we can sign one more commitment for 2016. Who should and/or will he be?
